The “Feeling” includes Adam Dabrowski’s latest paintings of powerful and evocative images. Large scale oil paintings communicate strongly with the viewer’s emotions and senses.
The artist started painting after an unplanned trip to Cambodia and Thailand. A visit to the “Killing Field’s” museum and meeting with a professional artist in the region coupled with numerous other coincidences inspired him to quit his office job to start painting, which he felt he could and should do.
He received instant recognition from artists and press with his second portrait being published in ‘Artists & Illustrators’ (Feb 2006/April 2007) followed by other articles in various publications. Adam’s paintings are base entirely on visions and inspired thought about man and the world he lives in. He is self-taught and his free, spontaneous style allows the painting process to unfold and dictate the end result.
‘I remain faithful to my visions and my main aim is to have fun reproducing them on canvas. My paintings go beyond established rules of composition and each project is born from discovery and instinct’. (Dabrowski 2007)
